Marking the launch of the annual Italian Cuisine Asia Summit, scores of chefs were also out in force. During the summit, 15 master cooks - including the Michelin 2-starred Massimo Bottura - were hosted by the best Italian restaurants in town. The summit also celebrated two decades of fine Italian cuisine in Hong Kong.
